  Drying out the lower back and ass made all the difference in the back mandatories. This is what allowed Ronnie to win in 98'.

uh. in case you didn't notice, he dried out more than just his lower back and butt in going from 97 to 98..

his whole upper body and quads were more cut. his upper body and back were bigger.

and all this continued onto 99..
