I?m estimating my body fat at 4.5%.

Why does someone who has been into BB for like 20 fucking years just LIE like that, I cant fucking understand the point..

you can't judge by his midsection, he is getting old and most guys when they get old have more trouble losing fat around the bellybutton

his back, chest and arms are pretty lean.

It's a free-flap from his forehead - most likely for some skin cancer that was on the tip of his nose that they removed. They fold the flap down from the forehead - still attached to the forehead to maintain the blood supply, thus the tissue lives and the nose gets new skin (minus the cancer).

With that said, the vast majority of people even on juice couldn't make a transformation like that in a 7 week period of time.  Pretty impressive.
