Couldnt be more wrong...99% of the necesary diuretic use in the last 48 hrs is due to holding excess water from gear still in the system (and excess carbs as well)...both are unnecessary and counter-productive.

the diuretics, the sodium loading, the dropping of the gear, the carb loading, the shit loading, the magic pills, etc etc.
whatever happened to getting in shape, getting shredded conditioning, dry like cottonmouth, and hard as a porn stars cock? now guys cant come into a show inshape if their life depending on it ( just look at all this years pro qualifiers so far ).......i think alot of it has to do with this "hocus pocus" ppl now RELY on.
