I have narrow lats. Lower back problems stop me from deadlifting and heavy rows.  upper body thickness will always battle.

Not to be a prick.........but there is no way a natty at your height would be stepping on stage at 94kg. If you weigh 94kg on stage, you will either be about 15%BF, or your cycle worked out well for you.
