ok - I've seen the three quotes but since they are taken out of context and I don't know the conversation I don't know if it was a sick sense of humor or he was serious.

If so, hopefully you're right
it's not funny at all but it's better than thinking Billy really thinks it's perfectly acceptable to inflict violence on fellow American citizens with whom you don't agree.
I wonder what McVeighs beef was with all the little kids in the day care center who were blown to bits.
Maybe Billy can explain that one to us
