Thank you for this video.
I was always wonder how he lifts.
Wide range of motion.

One thing i was surprised that he is not geneticaly hard like Paco. But, he brings super hard condition in show.

Sure it had nothing absolutely nothing to do with BB - Nobody dies of lifting weights - its the drugs that killed him Captain Smart not a genetically predisposed kidney failure.
