Whatever your choice. Ask anybody in or out of the bodybuilding world and see how many more prefer Flex's look. Flex was "The Sultan of Symmetry" what is Jay's moniker "Cuts" "Fridge"? Who hit the ground running in the most competitive era in bodybuilding placing 2nd in first Olympia and winning the Arnold and 2 other shows rookie year. JAY is MR O and won it from a guy named RON who aaaahhhhh forget it . As far as genetics are concerned FLEX had no calfs with an over sized ass and very narrow torso . SERGIO was the most genetically blessed guy Ive ever seen followed by guys like MATT MENDENALL and CHET YORTON ect . All those guys were complete . FLEx was neither complete nor particularly large by nature . What he and the rest of his possy from the 90s were was patronized . Kind of like what OBAMA is .

Say what you want about Jay being deserving or whatever but dont EVER say he has a small waist. Hes 5'8" and I guarantee his waist is over 40 inches around. Dont ever insult Arnold and say his waist was bigger! It definitely wasnt the most narrow but he turned to the side and it was tiny and he could do a vacuum. Jay and awesome v-taper dont really go together but I accept him as champ. Flex '93 is the best build ever by the way.
