I think you can see in this photo that Jay's conditioning still wasn't quite where it needs to be.  He has unbelievable size, and I think the reason he won this year is because he was more conditioned than he had been in previous years.  In order to look truly amazing though, I think he should take his condition a little further and come in more ripped than he did this year.  He already dwarfs everyone on stage, what he doesnt have yet is that freaky look that comes with extreme leanness.  IN the pic below you can see the wrinkles in his back.
Don't get me wrong, this was one of Jay's better showings, but I still think he could look better than he did this year if he came in more ripped.  His legs always look ripped, its his back, arms, etc. that usually arent quite there yet when he enters the show. 
Anyways, just my thoughts. 
Here is one of arnold, and you can see the difference in the back detail between the two.  Another interesting point to note here is that in arnold's day, they didnt even go for that "serious" of conditioning of the current day with teh shredded glutes etc. so if Jay is behind arnold on conditioning, then he needs to step it up to keep up with todays standards.  arnold even has a christmas tree in his back while hitting the back bi shot.  even though jay looked good this year...in my opinion, a peak arnold still owns every single competitor of today.
