So I did an hour of elliptical as fast as I could before work Friday.
Made myself so queasy that I left work early went home got sick and stayed in bed the rest of the day Undecided

Sounds like you overextended or ramped it up too quickly.

At the end of my workout:

6 min timer ARAP with 60lb sandbag:

Clean / press / slam / burpee

After:

100 ft bear crawl forward to sandbag, then backwards, pulling/rowing sandbag back.

Humbling.

I did something similar this sat:  27.3 MILE ruck with 40-47 pounds.
