with all due respect to fat alex i am sure he cant standing press 275 for reps unless he doesnt do it correctly.. he looks strong but not to that extent..

That's a good lift, but Ursus is talking about Alex doing barbell military presses to the front, although he was doing it seated and not standing.

Yea I've been playing with 455lb lately... it's pretty much mine plus some chick's pinkies for the last 4" or so...

Another week and it's all mine.

Props to you if you can do that.  Very powerful pinch grip.  On a side note, Alex usually trains pretty heavy in the gym from what I've seen.  For sure stronger than 9/10 Gbiggers.

Been going over to 24 hour a bit to swich it up.  Gets kinda old the same old gym over and over.  I'll be back there next week.

We're moving to Escondido in 2 weeks :(

There are are some nice houses in the north Jesmondine/country club  area and down south by the mall.  Just stay away from the East side :).

Lol, I used to live on the east side, "before it became little Tijuana, but that's another story" Dixon lake area is an exception to the east side rule.  Forgot about up there, very nice places and Dixon lake is a lot of fun.  Used to go fishing there all the time when I was a kid.

LOL the place we bought is brand new and really nice, we'll rent the other one on twin oaks... fuck as long as I'm in the hills and can see the Sum' bitches coming I don't care ;D
