ya the cardio is hard to get in these days with my schedule its hard to find 2 hours or so to work out and do cardio except on the weekends and its football season now sooo.....
I'm trying this HIIT cardio, that MuscleMag seems to be touting in this month's magazine. It's when you use your rest periods to do certain "lighter" exercises (i.e. jumping rope, bicycle crunch, running/jogging on treadmill, etc.) for 60 seconds, between major exercises.
MuscleMag calls it "Ripped-Rest Time".
BTW, did you tape yourself, yet? What was the result?
