Many people talk about the motivation.
I always say, The motivation is a word for who dont have enthusiasm.

So, I dont believe in this very common sentence.

"No pain, No gain"

wrong.

Should be this.

"No pain, gain"

The life is always full of joy. The people being in love draw incredible power from themselves and even they dont notice about the pain. If you dont want it at bossom,how can you expect good result?

Only thing that motivates me is progress. If there is progress training is fun. All of those people who watch a training video and say that it gets them pumped up for the gym - bleeeh.

The mankind is very phony concerning that anyway. In happy times when they have everything they don't care and don't give a shit about god, and in bad times of desaster, illness or poverty they crawl back and cry "God, help me!!"
