muscle spasms

what causes involuntary muscle spasms?  my top right ab has been spazzing all day
I dont like twinks.

yeah, dehydration does it to me.  or a buildup of lactics and toxins from training.

Upper right ab only?  Than maybe slight motor nerve damage. Sometimes over work or muscle imbalance can cause this. Putting extra stress on a body part. Most everybody who trains has some degree of muscle imbalance. Good Luck.

I get it in my inner bicep all the time - I can be sitting there watching TV and it'll come without warning - doesn't hurt, just strange really - never really bothered too much about it - I just put it down a to trapped nerve or something. I also get it in my quads too from time to time.
