Weight and Mirror and Pacos revision.

So if you are not counting calories what are you doing? Just reducing the amount weekly on the foods you eat? You have to reduce calories to get leaner how do you measure that?

More than Calory, we are playing with the amount of carbs at first.
Controling Simple carbs and complex carbs is the most important thing we consider due to the insulin sencitivity.
Calorys value vary to much depends on the quality of carbs.

Reducing carbs is reducing calories understood, but if you go too low on carbs too early you risk energy and size.

But if that calories is recompensated with protein, what can you say?
And that low carbs is also recompensated by taking simple carbs like fruits to maintain the peak of Insulin(Keeping full).
The mechanism is too complicated to caliculate the calory only.

Thanx.
Then which weight is my shredded condition?

Paco and other national level competitors are assuming that 77kg around though. :)

I think that you'll have to lose AT LEAST 12 kilos from there to be in contest shape.

Probably more than 15 kgs if you want to be really cut and dry.

A contest weight of ~69 kilos at your height would still be very good considering that you're natural.

When you are already VERY lean (a lot leaner than you are right now and even leaner than you've been in your last contest) you can still drop a couple of kilos of water the last 2 days before the contest (also possible without the help of any chemical diuretics)

I'm just being honest with you, I think this will help you more than just telling you that you look good.

You are a pretty good natural bodybuilder but your lack of definition in your last contest had nothing to do with being natural in my opinion.

You can get very hard without steroids , fat burners and diuretics but you will sacrifice A LOT of size. You just did not went far enough.

I wouldn't want to do it without steroids that's for sure .. don't see the point in doing this. If you want to look good and lean there's no need to diet that hard - if you want to win contests take steroids ;)

Thanx for your advice. But i gained lots of musclethis time. Just if I am in the last contest  weight, the thing is different. I promise you that i cut up my physique more than 75kg. ;)

about 70% of muscles size is water so if your body naturally gets rid of the under skin water in a good way it's not smart to use diuretics because this means you are taking water from your muscle bellies!!..

Sorry but wouldnt you just be concerned with fat loss now and be concerned with carbs later? You have a bit of time left.

Yes. But our goal is losing fat while minimizing the muscle loss isnt it?
So, keeping muscle full as long as possible while losing fat is the key.
Muscle fullness is depending on the insulin peak.
