Not great, but decent. I run six miles a day and watch my carbs, but I just can't get any more ripped than this.

some inspiration for me. im trying to get there.

whom of you guys were bulked up before but now have defined abbs?
i pretty much have the problem of having bulked up before , was a skinny 120 lbs but with good abbs.
so i gained some fat in the process, my abbs lie pretty deep so that little fat i have cover them almost entirely. i can feel they must be great when im ripped.
some guys with great abbs never bulked up but are still light weights too so im happy i bulked.
i started cardio now an hour a day for two weeks but i thought it would be easier to get rid of the fat lol. maybe i want to get results too soon.

I was 46 years old.............54 right now.

Not lifetime natural,but in the pic yes........weighed 154,trained 6 times a week,did cardio and abs 6 times a week,ate 4 cans of plain tuna a day,12 eggwhites,and a chicken breast ,cycled carbs, and placed in the NPC Masters Nationals lightweight class.
