Just take it all pre-wo. You'll get better and pumps, and wont forget to take your dose. Start with 30mg ed or something close.

agreed, I take 4-5 30 min prior to workout.  I tried taking them throughout the day, felt as if i was wasting them

yeah exactly. Spacing them out like that you don't get nearly the effect when that you do when taking them PWO. Taking them 1-2 hours PWO you really get a good pump. I ran some injectable dbol a while back and oh fuck the pumps were out of this world. Almost to much.

not really, but i remember lewellyn saying he had read a study comparing nitrogen retention on rats where one group got winstrol with food and one group got it on an empty stomach.. he said that they found significantly greater N retention in the empty stomach group..
