Find sumone reliable and go from there.  If its someone local than pay when u get it.

If its a online source than you have to send money first.--no way getting around that.

Yeah don't go to the cops. "Oh hey officer, some drug dealer didn't follow through with my order. Can you help me get my money back?"

no you just say he stole your wallet and you had 400 dollars in it, tell him where he lives, cops show up question him and hopefully that scares him enough to give him your money.
