two full rest days for legs
« on: November 21, 2009, 04:50:29 PM »
doing pushups / rows /one arm oblique bridge crunches 7 days a week/ some falcon punches maybe some kicks to properly warm up and stretch legs but, im thinking legs need two days full of rest and should only squat/run leg combo once every 3 days or 2 days rest between leg sessions

discuss?

Falcon depends on your activity for legs if you stand daily you might need more rest between leg sessions.

Don't you ever feel like lifting heavy again so you can get back to looking as you did as DW, Johnny?

And don't tell me you look the same - you don't.

That's ridiculous if you looked like that and didn't lift heavy either! Whatever it was you were doing, you need to get back on that program.

You seem to have lost sight of the forest for the little plants.

sure ill take advice from anyone confident enough not to take a current pic but also rely on 5 year old pics from a cell cam

but i used to spend alot more of my life in a gym

this always becomes an issue with getibbers saying i was once good and no more yet i dont see any current pics of you all   :D
