There are videos of asian animal fights where the animals are literally put in a cage together. They put a female lion with a female black bear and the lion couldn't do shit to the black bear. Black bears are about half the size of a grizzly.

Nothing short of an elephant could kill a full grown grizzly.

I'm assuming you're talking about hunting when talking about shooting animals? What about the thousands of accidents each year when grizzlies (in Alaska & Canada), deer, elk,...etc that get hit by cars and are left to suffer on the side of the road?

There are reasons why hunting seasons which are closley monitored exist.
