Leasing still isn't cheap.  I pay a little over a 1000 month to lease my BMW 6series, and it dosen't cost nothing compared to their cars. Plus they have like 4 of them, which would run about 6 grand a month.

Damn, 1k a month for a lease? That's crazy! I know it can run that much, how much you put down?

Cutler is one of the few guys who makes millions from bb.  Think about this, he travels all the time and gets paid thousands to flex his muscles for 10 min.  He has a business that generates hundreds of thousands of dollars per year on merchandise that bears his name.  He makes millions from bb and he has several successful investments.

Bodybuilding is a joke, but this guy is not.  He makes millions doing what he loves and he doesent work close to as hard as your average millionaire. Living the dream no doubt.  Anyone who hates on Cutler is jealous of his success, plain and simple.

agree.

Sure, that's a factor, but I think Jay has accepted that he has to jeopardize his health in the short term to live his dream.  I'm sorry, but I give credit where credit is due.  I have a lot of respect for anyone who is at the top of their field, and that can make millions doing what they love. Doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs - etc.  I think about it this way: Jay might have shaved 10 - 15 years off his life, but with recent advances in medicine, it's safe to say Jay will probably make it to 70-75 years old.  I'm sure to him, he couldn't have asked for a better life. I'll answer your question with a question of my own.... Would you rather live until 85-90 and be unhappy, or live to be 70 - 75 and make millions doing what you love?  We both know that without those abuses of ped's, Jay would not be where he is.  The same can be said for many a pro athlete.

Do not trick me into the "what is true hapiness " debate again, to some having a house, a car , one or several personal passions, a good enough health and satisfying human/sexual relationship with your wife, having kids and a job (either fulfiling or not) is enough.

I guess it always depend of where you come from and how far you ve been able to go considering where you come from. All the stuff you had to overcome and how you did it.

You can take a look at the suposed so called dream life of tiger wood in this other thread as an example. The guy has it all, yet needs to bang another woman cause he isnt satisfied with his model wife... Looks like hapiness isnt that easy to define.

Everything you said is 100% true.  I'm basing my opinion on what evidence I have that would lead me to believe that Jay is living his dream.  If you look at all his videos and read his articles, it seems that he is quite happy and content.  There was a video posted awhile ago of Jay and his wife eating at in and out burger (I think that's what it's called, we don't have them on the east coast)...  Anyway, Kerry and Cutler are the last two at the joint, and the segment ends by showing the two of them laughing and smiling while enjoying some burgers at their favorite haunt.  I think that showed the genuine happiness that Cutler has with his life. Having been married for years, it says a lot that they still do the things they did when they first got together.

Generally speaking, most Americans desire a life full of expensive material possessions.

Research has shown that most super rich people are not that much more happy than your average high middle class family.

But IMO the individual should do what he wants. And I think Jay is where he wants to be in life / with life

yeah he looks genuinely happy -and down to earth-, we agree on that.

Now anyone can own a house/cars like his just having a decent paying job (doctors/dentists etc who makes shitloads of money, like 90 bucks an hour )

And they too, are as happy of their material comfort id say.  I d say most of us would be more interested in achieving their lifestyle instead of his. (just it seems more EASY for us to lift weights, inject drugs etc than having 10 years long studies that are very intelectualy / emotionaly demanding...somehow what he had to do to achieve his wealth seems more attainable for most young people on here).

doctors, entrepreneurs etc  dont need to ruin their health for their wealth either. And they re contributing to society more than cutler (in my view), but again lets not hijack the thread and enter another debate.

Again, i totaly agree he and kerry both did everything right fromt he begining, this is respectable. As respectable as branch warren business with his gym, personal training etc and his wife helping him.

not only americans, but all occidental people, and since the opening of the borders even the third wold is goign to have access to this material life.

it's obvious he , with the help of kerry, built a strong relationship and planned everything smartly from the begining, just compare the way they managed jay's career and money compared to..all other "pro bodybuilders" who wasted everything they could earn from it. Now i dont know , maybe she/he had some inheritance from family that might have helped , but if they built all of this from scratch, more power to them.
