the women too?
in showing how prevalent it is, you always run the risk of normalizing it
Yes the women too. It is a bad image for the sport, and to be fair, muscular women can sell themselves without having to compete in the IFBB. Since female bodybuilders are so rare, they can simply create niche sites and make a living...but if they have serious competitive aspirations, then they should be discouraged from publicly prostituting, porn, schmoe videos, etc. Same as the men.
I don't think it will get too accepted if we point it out...if we are extreme in our dislike and ridicule...look at Derek Anthony...none takes him seriously, accept for about 5 Guido's on the east coast somewhere.
That said...you never answered a previous post I had...where you showed a blatant discrepecny in your logic/philosophy... here are the two quotes I am talking about.
you're jacking off in front of a camera man, a sound man, a lighting man, the director, the makeup guy. for the musclehunks and powermen websites, you're doing this 5 times in 5 days. sounds g4p to me
and the previous statement....
bay thinks musclegallery is g4p? there's no nudity there. suggestive videos, sure. but no nudity.
musclehunks is j/o videos. sure that's a little more gay, and a bad image for the sport. but its still not g4p.
g4p is escorting and prostitution. prostitution is illegal. it is certainly bad for the sport. but same with the women. there are IFBB pro women who escort. they have the wrestling videos. all of that is bad for the image of the sport.
what has always bothered me about the powers that be in bodybuilding is that they looked the other way regarding escorting, whether male or female, as long as it was kept out of the public eye. but they blacklisted any guy who was openly gay, even those who never did prostitution or porn
