They did that in the 80's also.   Well making the NFC champs as many time as they did was something positive  but many wanted more....but as for THIS ETIRE DECADE  all I can say is shit happens   ......the Colts and Saints are the best and teams like Dallas and the 49ers are now struggling.    But Dallas will always be THE NFL POWERHOUSE!!!!

What ENTIRE DECADE were they terrible?     What's rerrible for you?    This whole decade was all about NE. That doesn't mean Dallas was terrible at all.   Win some lose some.
