I have had this in every single relationship from the past, some obviously worse then others.
I handle this 2 ways now:

1) As soon as I ask a girl out with romantic intentions I tell her on the first date that my #1 turn off is to hear about previous relationships/guys.

2) Much of this can be avoided in the first place if a better choice is made when selecting women
