Mike Tyson used to work with Chad Nichols.
That might put it in a bit of perspective.
However, I would not doubt that Tyson does have some great Natural genetics for power as he has thick bones and a wide waist, perfect for generating force in swift bursts and short distances.

most athletes use GH as it is normally not tested for. they do not draw blood to test other than in the olympics, where they probably only stated they would look for GH. To expensive to test for.

That guy does have a wide waist, which isn't too common among black athletes.
And yes, I do consider boxers/fighters to be 'athletes'.

Im not really that sure, when he first fought for the heavyweight title I dont think he was roids and he was built like a shitbrick house.
Even at 13 years old he was huge so its clearly evident that Mike was a genetic freak not just for boxing but his physique also.

Mike seemed to be much more muscular and cut after getting out of prison than he was in the earlier part of his career. Whether it was because he put on muscle while in prison or through other means, I don't know. But take a look at these two pics...the first is from the Spinks fight in 88 and the second is post-prison.

Of course they will never match the athleticism of bodybuilders, but they are still athletes in their own right!

Yeah, its not a huge difference by any means. I just noticed it when I was watching a documentary of Tyson. They showed him right after getting out of prison, and that was the biggest and most ripped I had seen him look (even more so than during a fight). Maybe he just worked out all the time while in prison. Here is another pic from earlier in his career that shows he was a little bit softer and smaller.

The halotestin and cheque drops he chewed before the fight are responsible for his muscular build.

He was older and muscle maturity shows. I guarantee you he also worked out in prison.
