I agree with you that cardio does help.  Especially DOMS in the legs.  Anything to get the blood flowing helps.

 Try this, spot injections shoot yourself whatever part you want.
 Go to the gym and hit the muscle group that you shoot.

eat more protein.  i'm at 3x whey shakes a day and i never get sore anymore.


3 shakes a day thats brutal, you must have packed loads of muscle lately

What if anything can I do to get rid of it?  Or is it one of those things that you just have to wait?
