Thats why I go down 6-7kg more( to be ripped completely).
Of course, we make my diet and training plan together.
Just mines(natural) are way more complicated than others.
So, its trial and error. And we begin to understand how react my physique little by little.

For now, I am taking Tribulus and GH releasing supp and Vitamine 6,12 and c

Kyomu , didn't you learn from the past shows ? You are too worried about weight . your best friend is the mirror not the scale.

I indicate my weight just for idea for you guys.
What we worry about is losing muscle fullness.
If I look right, I dont care even if i weight 50kg

Why suddenly 14 weeksout? Because IFBB-Spain presented the schedule now and my first show of 2010 will arrive at 27 of March.
Its cool to look like this at 14 weeksout.
