exactly, dont listen to anyone else but yourself when it comes to "form". as long as you feel it in the desired muscle and have good mind-to-muscle going on.... then your all seet. biomechanics are slightly different in every human, and  certain movements and form work better for different people.

think about it, i'm 5'6 i have short arms if i stay bent over  to much doing t bar rows the bar wont move but a inch

and yes i''m 100%natural
You doing awesome then bro. You have good genetics and must know what works for you to be lifting like you are at 22.

well my diet doesnt change just because its a certain type of day, if i feel i want to eat something that i know i shouldnt i will,

i might eat some chinese today

Neither I can feel your arms nor I saying that your rep speed is to fast. I agree with you 100% when you say:  " just because i'm not holding it for 2 or 3 seconds doesnt mean the muscle is not beig workerd"  

But itīs clear by the video that you are using mainly your arms to perform the rows. When you spend 6-10 hours a day in the Gym training people for a few years, our eyes become trained and we can see some little things that a inexperienced guy canīt.   ( sorry form my bad English)

  ANd Iīm not saying your reps speed is too fast, but you are repeating this and trying to excuse yourself even people doesnīt mention this at their posts.  But...

I strongly recomend to you do your reps a little slower ( not slow motion ;)  ) . Not saying that a faster rep speed doesnīt work  - we can use Jay, Ronnie and Branch as examples. But they certainly are gifted guys when it comes to mind muscle conection.

  For us, mortals, in most cases, itīs better to use slower ( not low motion ) rep speed.

   Your back would get even better.

belive me when i tell that my arms are not coming in too play, i might take the charge for using momentum lol, but not for using my biceps, thats why i use no thumbs and try my best to pull back using the elbows.

i cant get down with that slow motion training, it just isnt my style, i see some people that live by that way of training, but i  jjust cant keep my head in the workout training like that

i break out sometimes but i dont what the cause maby, sometimes i think because i keep a hat on all the time, i sweat alot, i dont wask my face sometime before i lay down, the type of supplements i'm taking it could be alot of reason

why dont u eat them? are there any appetizers u like?
im sorry to hear about your bad skin issues. thats one of the reasons i never want to use juice is cuz of the acne side effects.

:) :)   I donīt like superslow type of training too. If say this, thatīs ok. Iīm not trying to prove my point whatsoever.    :)

I feel you on that. I used to be superstrict with all my back movements but have loosened up the past couple years and its made a huge difference. I actually changed my form after seeing how poor some of the pros form is. It would obviouslly be stupid to base my training on how someone who does 5grams of test a week but its worked out.

what kind of supplements do u take? do u avoid any ones even though they give u good results but make u break out?

i use creatine, different types of NO products, whey, carb max, bcaa,

and yes i will take them even if they break me out
