I do mostly circuit type training similar to Milos (not to even remotely imply that I could keep up with him. Physically I think Milos is amazing!). Just moving from exercise to exercise without rest. Sweating like pig and sucking wind (not so much that I compromise strength but just not resting and cooling down). Drop set dumbbell laterals, followed immediately with drop sets dumbbell presses, cable flies followed by inclines, leg extension, to barbell squats, to body weight squats to leg curls. Stuff like that. I'm primarily focused on conditioning because no matter how big and strong you are once you lose your wind you're done. Watch the first episode and the first fight on the last TUF show with the Heavyweights. Big tough looking guys but just minutes into the match they were done. Bent over, resting their hands on their knees, no more will to fight. Not saying I could do better under those circumstances (the pressure of being on TV) but it gives you an idea how important conditioning is.
