This is so.  He looks like a big strong dude but doesn't have an appealing build.  Some guys are going for big and blocky tho and I rarely argue with them face to face.  ;)

Three pages and no mention of LL Cool J. I think he had a training video out as well. Then there is 50 Cent. Michael Jai White is ripped and pretty big, plus is friends with Troy Alves. Michael Clark Duncan is big mofo, who looks like he could grow just by walking into a weightroom.

He is as ripped as his photos show.  There has been plenty of videos of him on TV ripped as hell.  They had a segment on Access Hollywood a couple weeks ago with him in a pool and he is ripped for real.  he has been since high school.  His photos might be shopped but if anything just colorization.
