Combining ECA with 5HTP definitely kicks things up a notch. Really kills appetite too. Getting kind of a starnge buzz.

Has to be taken at the same time.  :P

My mood dips for a few weeks couple of times a year. 50-100mg of 5htp before bed seems to snap me out of it. I wake up feeling a lot better. It raises serotonin levels. People who take E a lot know about it.

taking it with ECA is like home brew fen-phen  :P
