It depends on pro(I am not saying because of Paco).
But, as you say, more deeper i go the world of bbing competition, more deception i see.

These model people often use GH only.
GH produce lean hard look. But He looks soft.

some really have good genetics so maybe, i do know that looking big and being in good condition is very difficult to archieve natural wise. mostly its one or the other however kyomu did a good job at it. for first time in years i can see the lines and ribs appear on my midsection too
