good job for sure ;),, but i still think its abit much running ,, but what do i know..i only know bodybuilding not running  ;D

my advice,, mainly regulare bodywieight via nutrition,, yes do some cardio but 12 cardio session per week in such amount sounds like too much.,,

Maybe hard lenses (popping out from straining during a set), but not soft lenses.

17 years of wearing them in the gym and never had an issue...besides wearing glasses can't be better...they may fog...they may fall off and break..

haha I used to hate when it was raining and cold when I was heading home from school.

You get on the bus and immediatley they fog up. I just used to stand on teh bus with foggy glasses. Could not be assed cleaning them a lot of the time.

My glasses actually fogged today doing lying leg curls.

I have worn soft contacts in the gym for years and they have never popped out in the gym.  Way better than glasses because glasses fog up.

;D  JME I doubt I would be able to get to the gym either without my contacts or glasses.

Newmom, you are my kind of woman.   You should be a role model for other women.  I'm proud of you.
 ;)

Self outing: When I was younger, like 20-21 ish, I like wearing my round rimmed glasses when I worked out because Nasser did it, and I thought it was cool.   :-[
