MattT you look decent but are obviously way to short to make it as a bodybuilder.  Why not find something else to do?

My protein is around 380grams, i carb cycle throughout the week high day is around 300grams, low day is around 100grams.  Fat maybe 20-30grams a day and that comes from lean steak, eggs, and flax oil.

i try to do 20-30 min cardio 3 days week, but iv been slackin and maybe get in 30 min once a week.  Yet iv been able to stay around 200lbs max.

I have one cheat day a week, i'll have a few cheat meals mixed in with my normal diet meals.  I usually get mc d's.

thanks!and when you come in contest shape and stay there for example for a month for photoshoots, commercials etc...whats your maintence calorie intake?I guess that your protein stays the same at 380 but what with carbs?how much do you need to eat to stay with that 175 pounds contest shape without gaining or losing weight??do you eat them only for fuel the weight training and keep protein the same or do you eat a lil bit more carbs but do cardio to burn that extra calories and maintain bodyfat low?

I only maintain my contest shape for maybe 3 weeks after my show.  All i do is go back to the way my diet was 2 weeks before my contest.  Same amound of cardio, sometimes a bit less but i keep the cardio in.  Same carb cycle plan i run etc, and protein is still around 400grams.

This was my condition about 3 weeks after my show in Mexico, so maintained ok, just holding a bit more water

Matt,

You are looking very good and IMO, if you can keep the waist under control while you are adding more mass, you can be absolutely amazing. I have seen you post and read a lot of your messages, but please answer the following when you get a chance:

- When you are dieting, how much weight do you lose per week, and for how long are you able to keep up the fat loss? While losing this fat, how much muscle do you lose in the process? Did you ever get very precise body composition analysis done in off-season and right after a contest to compare?

- Can you detail your carb cycle a little more? How many days low and how many days high?

- When you do everything perfectly according to the original plan with carb cycling, macros etc, how much do you think your fat loss or metabolism slows down towards the end? Do you feel that even with the cycling and cardio your fat loss comes very slowly during the last few weeks? How slow? Do you feel sluggish last 2-3 weeks?

- Finally, what are your plans? Do you plan on turning pro at some point, and if you do, how much more pure muscle do you think you will need to do that?

Ignore the haters, you are on the right track...

what are you basing that on, you know roy williams said in 2004 that he felt like they were in pittsburgh

and i hate bandwagon fans, i think the steelers are more popular but would prefer them to be hated throughout the country

Like Roy Williams opinion really matters.

The steelers might have 6 rings, and I don't doubt thier fan base, but the Cowboys are more popular and have a bigger fan base ( you can search this)

The media loves the Cowboys, whether they win or lose, they can't stop talking about them whether be quarterback, owner, coaches, etc... They put the glamour that everyone seems to cannot ignore.

Plus our cheerleaders are better ;D

Cowboys are the Hollywood team of football ;D
