Thanks w8.....I have learned we are now sponsored by Best Buy and Staples and we are going to have the newspaper and a newscrew there to cover the event. We have several other gyms helping us out by passing out flyers and also some gyms that don't want to help (thanks "Golds" ::) ,24whorefitness) but their members are willing to help. ;)

I dunno how bigger communities are but maybe the local radio stations would be willing to broadcast a quick shoutout to get the word out to listeners too .. it's a great cause .. and I'm sure there's lots of people interested in seeing the event ... Strongman stuff has a big audience of fans


I'm glad there's sponsors stepping up and it's always disappointing to know that there's some like you mentioned that can't get past their own agendas and help with a deserving cause .. although it isn't surprising .. it just sucks they have to be like that  :(

I hope you update this thread with all the coverage it gets .. I enjoy seeing stuff like this succeed
