Anadrol doesn't cause much acne for me and I'm sensitive. It just feels like a pretty mild androgen to me. 
I don't use tren but from what I've seen it seems to make many break out.
But powerlifters love Anadrol for sure. Of course tren is a favorite too.
I don't know why, but tren always makes my skin clear right up. Only have 2 zits on my entire body. When I'm on cycle, I always get zits where the delt caps and meets the upper arm. That little grove gets tiny ingrown hairs. Pop them at night, apply benzyl peroxide and it's gone the next day.
Got 200 tabs of drol for free so I've been using it on arm training days, only get a tiny bit of bloat. Not a single new zit since I've used it.
