i got a few questions ,and will be obliged if u cud solve them..[8|]
i had a whey company rep cum to my gym and he was giving his talks.
some thing came about GLUTAMINE, and he says that to DIGEST 100 gms of protein one needs to add 10 gms glutamine.
2nd he said:that whey protein concentrate is better that isolate/hydolysed because it has all the aminos, while iso/hydro doesnt .
3rd he says:l-lysine is needed when one gets old so that muscle doesnt get weak.
now i called him 2 morrow as we had a arguement on this and he says he has research proof and i said i will collect the proof (with ur help).
so plz if hes right let me know and if hes wrong give me some link to prove him and his product wrong..
