HAVEN'T had a chance to read all this yet, but is this the same Efferding who used to worked the Beverly International booth for Roger and Sandi a few years back.
If that is so, he sure has made a hell of a big difference. He use to look more like an award winning fitness model but I think he had a brother and I might be confusing one for the other.
BTW - Roger and Sandi - two of the finest people you'll meet within the supplement industry.

Sound the Lunk Alarm  Actually he'd be ok. Those gay-ass Planet Fitnesses only have dumbells up to 80lbs, some gyms only 60lbs. I am sure Stan could do a set with 80's without loud breathing, grunting or slamming the weights. Not that he could get a good workout there. its important to maintain a positive and family friendly atmosphere in any fitness center |
