Everybody knows Melvin's got great shape and dialling it in's always been his problem. I f he could dial it in i think the ) is beyond him, but he's by no means done.

Rico is probably healthier now than he ever was when he was "on". Time and priorities will do that. Hopefully Melvin sees that as well. I don't think he has kids, but he needs to settle down with his beautiful wife, have a family and forget this pro shit. Would like to see him come in shredded, but is it worth it?
