i used to post on this site a while back, but for some reason i havent logged on in nearly 2 years, anyway. i am now 25 and still own the gym that i informed all the other posters a while ago (jeez it seems like a lifetime since i have posted anyway).
i am now weighing about 190 on a good day and recently competed for my second time, i compete at around about 75 kgs (not sure in pounds).
