Hey, and thanks for all the support pal! What bothers me most is I don't think you would have lost a minute of sleep if you saw a pic of me hanging from my closet while still clutching by throat my Pandae voodoo doll.

I blame him and Chaos for making me evil. Also, for incorporating incline pressing movements for my chest. I was just all flat bench work. Remember I just train for conditioning and not really bodybuilding because I'm really a badass MMA wannabe. Marty and I "train UFC" hardcore all the way. We will be getting our mail order black belts real soon.

BTW, it was more like a month and I was starting to lose my hair and what little muscle I had was melting away by the day. He had me totally catabolic. I'm just only now beginning to recover. The "Victims of Pandae Ownage" support group and plazmosis really got me back on the road to recovery.
