I was actually shocked at how easy it was.  Remember when I was trying to bench 225 in a shirt?  I'm thinking 275-300 in the shirt this year.

That's a singlet, it's required to compete in just about every powerlifting meet in the world.  It doesn't do anything for anything.  It is terribly unflattering and fits like a potato sack.  

And raw lifting allows wrist wraps
