are "small Joints" actually good for bodybuilding

I think small wrists are more pleasing as they give more of a taper and an illusion of size, just a better flow entirely. Same holds true for waist, ankles, et cetera.

But then again that's my bodytype, so i might be biased.

Lee's arm structure always looked great though, more rugged, so both can work.

lee priest doesnt have large wrists. they look normal, and hes 5'4".

I'm sure Priest's wrists are 7inches or so. Not exactly large. Yo0u'd probably find Vince's would be around the same, just on a longer arm.

i think lee's and mcgraths are thick wrists ,look at there attachments from wrist to elbow the forearms come top to bottom,smaller wrist guys like flex and vince have there forearm size closer to the elbow.also lee's arms are so short that  the forearm and bi looked attached as 1,,,
