Grilled Sechuan Steak/Chicken Breast

I eat this often and i never get tired. Sechuan pepper is one of the key elements in chinese cuisine.

Add some to your steak/chick breast, grill it, and have a nice meal.

Better than adding lemon & species to chicken breast or garlic to the steak

Home made proetin shake

1 Put in two tablespoons of skim milk powder in blender

2 200mls of skim milk into the blender

3 half cup of fresh and fruity yogart or any other low fat yogart. Blend for 20 seconds or untill it nice a frothy.

I sauteed 1/2 cup each celery onion and diced apple ( in just water and a little olive oil )
mixed it in 1 1/2 pounds of ground turkey

added some chilpotle sauce made patties and grilled them

Kraft Dinner Pizza:
Cook Kraft dinner, strain water and add cheese mix.  No need for milk or butter, the noodles have enough water in them for the cheese to mix properly.
Spread the noodles on a pizza pan.  Add your choice of sauce, layer veggies, meat (chicken breast/ham/beef/turkey), cheese, and spices.  Bake for 30-45 minutes.  A two pound pizza is loaded with carbs, protein, and has about 20 grams of fat.

Thats really great to see so many different mela plans. Bodybuilding is tough though even it creates problems. However, it adjusted by exercises and healthy habits Smiley

Classic with a Twist!

Scramble Eggs

5 XL Eggs
1/4 cup of Onions (Chopped)
1 Slice of Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Slice of Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Clove of Broccoli (Slice the buds off the trunks; Eat the trunks while you cook (no waste) buds go into the pan)


Spices
Fine Herbes
Oregano leaves
Herbes de Provence

Here some pictures.

The pan was sprayed with Extra olive oil (PAM) before cooking.

The scramble eggs above has the following  nutrition information

Cals 370
Protein 36gs
Carbs 6g
Fat 25g

The fats, are healthy, and the carbs are due to the vegs and yolk of the eggs.
Adjust whole XL eggs with Egg whites if your dieting like myself.
* I burn more than enough cals in a week to enjoy my eggs. *

im sure everyone has cooked chicken breast every way possible but i like to bake thawed chicken breast at 350 for about 30 mins. i slice up a onion and a lil artichoke heart and put them on top with a lil olive oil (or not... depends) garlic powder and pepper. taste pretty good - usually eat with a bowl of noodles

Here's my protein-pancake recipe:

1 Can of Fat-free Evaporated Milk (if you wanted you could just use skim milk)
1 Cup of Oatmeal
6 Egg Whites
2/3 - 1 Cup of Protein Powder (I like to use Vanilla)
1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Don't worry you won't taste it)

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until it's smooth. Cook like regular pancakes. I usually top them with honey. You can also add fruit to these as well (just blend it in). I usually get about three or four days worth of breakfasts out of this recipe. I just pour it in smaller containers & store it in the fridge/freezer.

Great recipe, made it and love it. Wondering if you know the nutritional values for it?

Some of the stuff tastes pretty amazing. Some come out kinda bland to the normal person. I typically enjoy the bodybuilding foods and if it comes out too bland, I just use some peanut butter or make a whey sludge.
