what matters is not how much the body can absorb, its how much do we need to eat to allow our bodies to grow as fast as possible
our bodies can absorb 100 grams of protein in one meal. it can absorb 200 grams in one meal.

bigJ's advice of 30grams every 3 hours is more than enough protein. if you followed the high end of his spectrum, which would be 50 grams every two hours, you would be drastically over consuming protien.
