Of course, Presidents can only be "convicted" in Congress via impeachment. Ex-presidents are not indictable for offenses in-office and even if they were, would be tried in a civilian court.

Best bet is for an enraged mob to Mussolini him.

Obama is un touchable...
No president has ever been convicted of anything they did while in office..
obama will become a multi millionaire on the speaker circuit ..will be protected by secret service
for life.. get a support staff paid by the tax payer.. and play golf until he gets bored..

Just brutal reality on how the system works in America  :-\
