true story ---> years ago the Iron Sheik came to the Gold Coast (Australia) with some touring WWF-style show....it was at the end of his career of course and he was on his last legs...anyway, had a mate who use to won a gym down there near Surfers Paradise....he was locking up one Saturday (gyms tended to close by 12pm back in the 80/90s around Brisbane and Gold Coast - f'king sleep towns) and up comes this crazy-looking, middle-eastern dude - he goes "I must train?"....my mate goes "hell no, I'm closing"...this dude goes "please, I must train, I am the Iron SheiK"....blah blah blah - they come to an agreement....my mate goes "ok, but I''ll have to lock the place up as I'm leaving and can't come back till late afternoon. You won't be able to get out until I'm back"......to cut a long story short, he comes back at around 4pm and the Sheik is still training...some 4 hours later....f'king animal....

By the way, Tony Atlas is STILL jacked. He came by my gym a few months ago and here he is at 64 yers old.

While he isn't "all time" material , their is a worker named "Prince Devitt" who wrestles in NJPW who has a very aesthtec physique.  Plus, the guy is amazing in the ring

Tony Atlas was definastly the most jacked wrestler and the srongest wrestler of all time.
At his biggest Tony was 280lbs and had 23 1/2 arms a 30" waiste a 60 inch chest and 31" thighs.
These numbers are right from Tony Atlas's mouth.
Tony won the Mr USA title 3 times, and won numerious bench press contests.
Tony, has benched, I beleive 650lbs raw .I seen him personaly bench  600 lbs for a double.
He was at George Eifermans gym at the time.Back in 1985.He was bigger and stronger then both of the road warriors.
At the time Hulk Hogan was there to.This is when Hulk Hogan claimed his arms were 24".
I asked Tony and the Road Wrriors if they thought Hulk Hogans arms were really 24".They said hell no.
Then they dared me to walk up and ask Hulk Hogan if I could measure his arm to see if they really were 24".
So I did, and off course he denied the challenge.I was only 18 years old at the time.Its a true but funny story
.At this time they are wrestled for the ABA.A small wresteling organization out of Meinessota, owned by Verne Gagne.
I Used to endorse Tony, and I still send him free product all the time.
Tony is a great guy, and really down to earth.
His real name is Anothny White, he was BORN in Ronaoke Virginia.
His friends used to call him the big Oak from Ronaoke, lol.
He does live in Main still.He was a personal trainer, and now is with the WWE.
Tonay Atlas was my mentor when I was growing up.After I met him at Eifermans gym, I knew I wanted to be a bodybuilder.
He was cool, strong and had a gorgeous wife.What 18 year old wouldnt want all that
