Thats the whole point,he`s not "stood alone",he`s got a photographer telling him to move his hands up or down into the right position,telling him to pull his elbows forward or backwards until he hits it just right,then tells him to hold it while he takes the pic.Onstage is a different matter,then you really are stood alone.In the 70s and 80s we would spend an hour after training practising posing in the mirror so that we knew the right "feel" and position of each pose,and obviously the rear lat spread and rear double biceps are the hardest because you can`t see them.The pro`s today don`t seem to spend any time practising.You see them hit a double biceps and the elbows are held too high up,the leg position is all wrong,and its just a few basics that they don`t bother to learn,that could make them look a lot better.
