chop up half of an onion and one whole bell pepper, or two half bell peppers. i like the orange yellow and red bell peppers best, but green taste good too. roast these on a skillet untill the onions are browning and smelling good, then pour in the eggwhites. cook till the egg whites are about where you want them, then pour in some seasoning. i like black pepper. cumin, cayenne, garlic, extra onion cann all be good. even some steak seasonings and rubs.
