New program on Showtime. Edie Falco (Carmela Soprano) plays the lead. The pilot is available free everywhere - even on Showtime's website.

Has anyone seen it? It's pretty good.

I have never seen The Soppranos, just commercials about it. I had no idea she was in that show

The Sopranos is/was the greatest show ever. So much human dynamic. The acting is superb. It's not a show about the mafia. It's about day to day life (family, work, job, stress). If you ever decide to watch it, rent it from the beginning.

Another show on Showtime is Weeds. Also very funny (a dramady).

I don't even have Showtime, or any premium channel

I have seen ads for weeds, but I am so "anti drug" the show makes me angry.

The girl reminds me of Dita Von Teese.
