Is OFF TOPIC radio not keeping it real?   Is it not the show we thought it to be?  Here is the set up-  I send Aaron Singerman a message suggestion some guests I thought would be entertaining for his show. He mistakingly draws the conclusion that I am BILLY GUNS!
Starts talking some off the wall shit and says a few things I found surprising for a show host that is known for "keeping it real".

All good ideas... but many of them aren't possible. I know as a board member you guys don't consider political ramifications, and I never did till I had a radio show... Now I have to consider this stuff before I make ANY move.

For example, Blockhead and Special Ed have said enough negitive shit about the NPC, the IFBB, and the people that run it, that me having either of them on my show would be like telling the powers that be I endorse what they have said in the past. I like Blockhead and Special Ed very much and talk to them both on the phone regularly and have even visited Block in Chicago... BUT our friendship and the possibility of us making a good show or interview isn't worth the potential damages it would certainly cause.

The idea I definitely CAN DO, is the Rhaine Priest interview... We are friendly and I have their # already. I'll work on that on for you!

Yes, I know what you are referring to with the Colette thing... but once again talking about that on the show would burn a bridge. I'm about bridge BUILDING not bridge BURNING.

Having Peaceful28 on the show would be interesting, for sure... but it would piss of some friends of mine (and I don't mean Romano).

My point is it's a sham.  The politics of ass kissing in bodybuilding has ruined some potentially great shows.   Everyone is on one someones nut sack to get ahead.  The show that starts not giving a shit, will be the show that does well.

Well that and I want to know what Aaron is speaking of regarding the Billy Guns and seperately, the Colette story. Is there more to tell Aaron?

i commented already, off topic started off as a good show with interesting, fresh ideas

but has been compromised by Aaron's relentless social-climbing within the industry, he now knows who he has to blow, and whose ass needs to be kissed so he can garner name recognition  with the industry higher-ups

what once were interesting topics, and illuminating interviews are now nothing better then typical PC bullshit and asskissing sessions.

apparently he does not realize that he is killing the one unique thing off-topic had going for it.......maybe he forget that HMR, MD radio, And PBW already have the safe, child-friendly bodybuilding radio market cornered.....like how many BB radio shows can the internet really support.  at least the show started out with their own niche, now it is no better then the f@ggy parroting that we hear from idiots like dave and john, dan and bob
